Pricing
Very simple cookies start at $40/dozen +tax, and more intricate work will cost more. The MINIMUM ORDER is ONE DOZEN. The quoted price is determined by the intricacy of the design, amount of colors used and size of the cookie. I do not give quantity discounts and I don’t have special wholesale pricing. For certain holidays I may offer an assortment of mini cookies or prepackaged gift boxes.
Rush orders
In a hurry? While I can't accommodate all last minute orders, I will make my best effort to. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 4 days will require a rush fee of $15 per dozen.
Price Adjustments
All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredients costs. I'm always trying to provide the best tasting cookies to my clients. This also means I can't honor old pricing.
Availability
Please contact me to see if I have availability for your order. My availability changes daily. Your order isn’t considered confirmed until your balance is paid in full!
Placing an Order
Once we have established availability, together we will confirm your design(s). I’m happy to create an original design just for you, or you can send photos for inspiration. While I can do my best to replicate a design, I cannot guarantee it will look exactly as someone else’s work.
After the availability, design and price has been established, I will send you an invoice. Full payment is due by the invoice due date. Non payment results in forfeiture of availability and the order will be canceled.
I’m sorry, I cannot accommodate any allergies at this time. The cookies are a delicious Vanilla sugar cookie, iced with royal icing, which dries hard. Look for more cookie flavors in the future!
Order Pickup/Delivery/Shipping
Orders are to be picked up at my residence in Junction City, Kansas, at a mutually agreed upon time and date. The address and my contact information will be found on your invoice.
Delivery may be available for an additional $1/mile.
Shipping via USPS is available within the state of Kansas only. I do my best to package these cookies for a rough ride, but broken cookies are a possibility and a non-refundable risk you take when placing a shipped order. Also - while I ship Priority, I can't guarantee that "rain sleet snow or hail" won't delay your order. Refunds can't be offered - but know that they're on their way. Once tracking information is provided, claims for lost orders can be placed with USPS.
Expectations
Pictures are worth a thousand words. But they're not always accurate. Colors and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you end up with. Also - cookies in photos may not be true to size!
Cancelling an Order
Custom cookie orders are nonrefundable, although payment may be transferred to a future order if at least seven days notice is given before the originally scheduled pick up or delivery. Credits for rescheduled orders must be used within one year.
If I am unable to fulfill an order due to an emergency, a full refund will be issued.
In an event that a customer is not satisfied with the order, the cookies must be returned within three days to assess the situation and decide on a resolution. I am not responsible for broken or damaged cookies after they leave my possession. Handle with care!
Changing an Order
Changes to cookie designs, quantities, or dates are solely at my discretion and will depend on my ability to accommodate the request.
Customer Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to me as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
The baked goods need to be returned to me, in order to be able to determine what went wrong and what the next steps are.
Refunds/credits will be issued at my discretion only.
No-Shows
No show = no cookies. These cookies are best enjoyed fresh! Not showing up to the agreed upon pickup time forfeits your order. Need to reschedule your order? Please reach out 4 days prior to your pickup time.
Disclaimer
In Sickness and in Health, you are consuming food and with the consumption of anything there are inherent risks. Choking hazards, food illnesses, and allergic reactions are possibilities - albeit, hopefully far reaching.
Kansas Cottage Food Laws
All my baked goods have been made in a home kitchen not inspected by Kansas. Our kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free, gluten free.
